You’re smart, ambitious and great at what you do. You love to learn and are always looking for ways to innovate. But recently you’ve been feeling off your game. Maybe it was an organizational change or personal setback. Regardless, you’re ready to get back on track. You have a big vision and big goals that you want to achieve this year, but you know that what’s worked before isn’t going to work now. You’re looking for some focus, to feel excited about work again, and someone to challenge your old attitudes and perceptions that are keeping you stressed and stuck. That’s where I come in.
There’s a lot of emphasis placed on professional and personal development and for good reason! It allows us to make changes, to be challenged, and find happiness in our careers and lives. But the thing is that we get the development formula wrong. We believe if we just do something different, we’ll get different results. As a society we’re obsessed with “doing” and so the first question people tend to ask themselves when wanting to achieve a goal or make a change is “what is it that I need to do?” These efforts might bring us some success for a short period of time but eventually we end up feeling stuck and like we haven’t made much progress.
I believe, the question we should really be asking ourselves is “who is it that I want to be?”
When you are crystal clear on who you are, and more importantly, who you are becoming the “what” or action comes effortlessly!
I use a unique process to help my clients solidify their vision, understand their unique success formula, identify their stress triggers and work to remove them, and create the habits that lead to positive, sustainable business results as well as personal satisfaction and fulfillment.
Through coaching, you’ll go from being overwhelmed, overtired, overworked to having a healthy relationship with your calendar, yourself, and the people around you so that you can show up to the office with energy, be engaged with your work and your team, and sit down to do the big picture thinking.
And in turn, you’ll lead a team that has clear goals and straight priorities so they’re no longer spinning their wheels figuring out what will make you happy as a boss, put customers back in the spotlight so they feel your focus on them, and boost company culture with happier employees in alignment with the organization's goals.
As a result of coaching, you'll be able to:
Ready to take the next step in both your personal and professional worlds? Let's talk. Email me at stacy@slccoaching.net.
You'll begin by taking the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, a one of a kind assessment that measures your attitude and perceptions about what it takes to be a good leader. Unlike other assessments that measure personality traits or communication styles with the intent of helping you “work with what you have” this assessment simply gives you a snapshot of where you are, shows you what’s possible, and provides a framework for you to reach that untapped potential.
Our first session will include a 90 minute assessment debrief which will help you identify and decide on your big vision goals for the program. Then, we'll break those big goals down into smaller, more achievable and less overwhelming ones. Not sure what you really want? Most people don’t. We’ll start by answering that question together.
From there we will meet virtually, about 60 minutes, every other week for 3-6 months. In every coaching session, we measure progress against program goals, roadmap, and action items from the previous session.

“After experiencing increased tension and stress for a prolonged period of time, I was introduced to Stacy. Through in-depth conversations, and discussing Energy Leadership principles—she was able to navigate me to find a frame set, which allows me to identify root causes, understand the environment, and make a conscious decisions. This has reduced stress ten fold, and also helped improve peer relations. Highly recommend.” -AVP, Financial Industry
“I just had my quarterly review with my boss and shared my top 4 of "who I am" and how I've been able to live into those this year and what I need to make space for in the coming quarter. Truly grateful for you giving me the tools and language to make these conversations more meaningful!” -Manager, Marketing
" Stacy recently coached my entire team in a group coaching format. She is an expert at engaging the team to extract views and building talent by investing so much of herself in the process. Throughout the process she creates a safe place that encourages participation and challenges personal growth. She practices vulnerability, which allows the team members to do the same. Each of the sessions have been applicable to the leadership role and are in line with the strategies of the Organization. In this short time, she assisted to not only teach the lessons and encourage development; she also played a huge role in fostering lasting relationships for the team. I could not ask more of her and am proud to have been in her classes, all of them.” - SVP, Finacial Industry
“Working with Stacy was exceptional. Our sessions exceeded my expectations of what I had for it and it was so helpful!” - VP, Startup
